- Abstract
The article focuses on two structures of unjust enrichment with the absence of basis is not accurate and really makes heavy use of unjust factors. It mentions that comparative perspective demonstrates that taking the absence of juristic reason formula too seriously destabilizes Canadian law. It also mentions decision of the U.S. Supreme Court of Canada in the case Garland v Consumers' Gas Co. on the unjust enrichment with common law systems.
