- Abstract
In this article, the author explores the indigenous legal tradition of the Haida Gwaii in British Columbia. Topics discussed include role of the Council of the Haida Nation (CHN) in encoding the laws of Haida, views of the president of CHN Peter Lantin on the traditional values of Haida people and views of the professor Gordon Christie on the moral and ethical aspects of the community.
