The article focuses on the fundamental challenges regarding the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) of Canada in light of the Federal Court of Appeal's recent decision in the case Irving Shipbuilding Inc v Canada (AG) on applications for judicial review. It mentions that unlawful immigration decision in which the authorities must consider his interests with the guilty of misconduct for the Canadian immigration laws.
