- Abstract
The article presents a case study of mental health care package implementation for children in areas of armed conflict. It examines the mental health care package Child Thematic Program in Burundi, Indonesia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Sudan. It states that the program improves case detection with developed screening instruments that are accessible to children. It also emphasizes broadening the scope of the care package in various areas including treatment integration, prevention and evaluation.
