The article discusses the Executive Order (EO) 13422, which outlines the regulatory review procedures of the administration of U.S. President George W. Bush. The Bush administration has issued the EO 13422, which made several changes to the EO 12866 adopted during President Bill Clinton's administration. The EO 13422 states that all regulatory policy should be presidential appointees and, all agency documents on regulations compliance must be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget.
