The author shares insight on the sufficiency of surgical rehabilitation of ligament following reconstruction and arthroplasty and on the possibility of a patient rehabituate. He stresses the significance of therapeutic intervention such as pain management coping skill straining, health behavior enhancement and improve health-related quality of life to avoid further surgery or rehabilitation. He also explains the importance of a physiotherapist's interaction with the patient.
