Abstract
The article presents a study, conducted by Daniel MacArthur at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute in Hinxton, Great Britain, which reveals that genome-sequencing work has recommended that even healthy humans has hundreds of loss of function (LoF) mutations that destruct protein-coding genes.
