- Abstract
The article offers information on a study conducted on enantiomers and diastereomers of N,O-Di-trifluoroacetylated Ephedrine (EP) and Norephedrine in blood plasma, with the help of Chiral Capillary Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry. It states that for the study three guinea pigs were given an intravenous injection of racemic EP-Hydrogen Chloride (HCl) dissolved in saline. It mentions that the method was effective in the analysis of plasma.
