- Abstract
The article explores how the metal oxide buffer material is commonly used to protect the organic hole transporting layer from damage due to sputtering of the transparent conducting oxide, and Inorganic–organic hybrid perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have rapidly developed within a decade starting off with power conversion efficiencies (PCEs). It mentions improvement of silicon solar cell efficiencies through siliconperovskite tandems is realistic business models.
