- Abstract
The article discusses the conditions underlying the preparation of junior high school teachers. A teacher education program for all levels of instruction should take into account a unified program of general education, specialization and professional education. Junior high school teachers should familiarize educational issues in the elementary grades and senior high school. They are expected to teach class with a range of pupils interest and ability and sponsor an extra-curricular activity. Moreover, junior high school teachers have the responsibility to develop motivation for excellence.
