- Abstract
The article presents a study which aims to examine the application of standard methods for noise measurements. It states that the delay of a radio signal can be defined according to the intensity of radiation spectrum. It also mentions that the positioning errors belonging to the global positioning system (GPS) can be utilized to determine the basic parameters of the ionosphere including concentration of electronics of neutral components and electrons and temperature.
