- Title
A Criminal Law Atheist Teaching in the Seminary.
- Authors
Wright, Ronald F.
- Abstract
The author discusses his approach to teaching U.S. criminal law to seminarians as a criminal law atheist. He cites that he seeks to help students understand how legislators think when creating the raw materials for criminal law. He states that his approach involves an exercise in which students are divided into groups and convened in a state legislative committee meeting. He adds that students are asked to read a few existing statutes on a criminal law subject in preparation for the meeting.
