- Abstract
The article reports on implementation plan of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with the reformed Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) signed into law by U.S. President Barack Obama on June 22, 2016. Topics discussed include webinar by EPA to discuss the act, need for EPA to evaluate pending pre-manufacture notices (PMNs) and significant new use notices (SNUNs) and review confidentiality claims for chemical identity of chemicals that have been offered for commercial distribution.
