- Abstract
The article reports on the inclusion of an interpretative language from the California Air Resources Board (CARB) by the American Coatings Association (ACA) about the rule for consumer products in the U.S. in 2012. It says that the ACA submitted comments to the Ozone Transport Commission (OTC) for the draft Model Rule of consumer products.
