- Abstract
The purpose of this article is to point out the theoretical technocratic foundation contained in writings of Comte de Saint Simon for building a fairer and more egalitarian society to replace the capitalist model, as well as specify the instrumental utility of educational field to the appropriateness of the subject of the new society standards for and in the first half of the 19th century. This is a search of bibliographic in nature right in that it is believed that the books and works of reference are perennial source from which it is possible to remove the necessary evidence to support the assertions and arguments. In the saintsimonian essence, it is concluded that the establishment of the technocratic society is impractical, insofar as it fails to consider the conditions for its legitimacy. However, the technocratic society utopia can be understood by the primacy of productive technique efficiency, for the use and rational application of intellectual and material resources, and the appreciation of the activities inherent in the exercise of professional authority in order to guarantee the individual and collective well-being of all mankind.
