- Abstract
Enantioselective synthesis of 2,3-dihydroquinazolinones (DHQZs) were accomplished using polymer supported BINOL-derived phosphoric acid as the catalyst through intramolecular amidation of N-Boc imines and 2-aminobenzamide, the DHQZ was obtained with up to 96 % ee. The catalyst is easily separable from the reaction mixture and can be used multiple times without any loss of activity. Graphical Abstract: [Figure not available: see fulltext.]
