- Abstract
The article presents information on a case in which lower court's order compelling arbitration was not a final appealable order. Corion Corporation, a manufacturer of optic filters, discharged its employee Gih-Horng Chen after he had expressed concerns about Corion's handling of hazardous materials. Chen demanded arbitration pursuant to an arbitration provision in Corion's Personnel Policies Manual.
