- Abstract
Today, organizations are operating in an environment of uncertainity and chaos which is improving day by day. Especially, hardened competence, persistent improvements in market and technology causes organizations focus on entrepreneur and innovative behaviors. In thıs context, the aim of this study is to determine the effect of employees' entrepreneur and innovative behaviors on work performance and the mediating role of environmental uncertainity on this effect. This study was conducted in Software Industry and aimed to get explanatory findings by evaluating 543 workers' attitudes. As a result of this study, it's found that entrepreneur and innovative behavior have positive effect on work performance and environmental uncertainity has mediating role on this effect. Hereby, some suggestions are made for managers and researchers in consequence of findings about the relation among the variables examined in this study.
