- Abstract
Digital inclusion in higher education is more than just digital accessibility. This article therefore highlights four dimensions of digital inclusion. Technically accessible digital educational offerings are just as important for students with disabilities as taking into account the different levels of understanding and experience of students. In addition to the instructional design of digital learning, universities must also develop a strategy with clear standards and focused staff development.
