- Abstract
The article discusses the impact of organizational culture on workplace fulfillment. The two sides of culture, namely, the human side and the work side, are discussed. The findings of a survey by professional services firm Towers Watson on workplace stress, manager behavior and organizational culture are tackled. Also discussed are the benefits of a high-fulfillment environment for employees including lower employee absenteeism and presenteeism, and less health issues affecting productivity.
