- Abstract
The article offers information on the insights of philosopher Richard Rorty regarding human rights. It states that human rights elaboration of Rorty is a long-term strategy developed within the political culture field and deals with strengthening and creating an ethos. It mentions that Rorty views the legacy of Enlightenment in a non-dualist approach and that human rights utopia as an ideal subject. It also considers sympathy as a culture of rights central feature and key moral virtue while telling stories and literature fits strategies in fulfilling moral sentiment.
