- Abstract
The article offers information on the judicial decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of EPA v. EME Homer City Generation LP, in which the Court interpreted the ability of the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (Transport Rule) in reducing emissions for improving air quality in the U.S. States. It informs that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency interpreted the Good Neighbor Provision in the Clean Air Act to adopt the Transport Rule for prohibiting states from emitting air pollutants.
