The article focuses on the U.S. District Court of Southern District of New York in the case NML Capital, Ltd. v. Republic of Argentina regarding defaulted bonds and bond offer in exchange, these bondholders continued to pursue their rights under the original bonds. Topics discussed include traditional concepts of equity, Rule 65(d) of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure on extraterritorial reach of courts from an international law and injunction to reach parties.
