- Abstract
The subject of this text is based on the relationships of fundamental property which were seen in the part of agriculture. The general result which has been revealed is the fact that the land property belongs to the state. As a result of this, a centralist structure occured in the relationships of property. This centralist structure hindered the private property which could weaken the central authority in the country, therefore, It put barriers to the capital stock. There are some examples that shows a feature of private property such as the system of mansions. However, These didn't show any particular features that weakened the central authority in the classic period of Ottoman land property. The most important feature of The system of Ottoman land property is taht It didn't let the capital stock, therefore, it hindered the occurance of capitalism. With this way, It become different from the relationships of property which were showed in Europe.
