- Abstract
The article focuses on the suspension of the work on the draft Control of Dogs Bill by the Welsh government. It says that the measures included in the Welsh draft Bill is aiming to deal with out-of-control and dangerous dogs and to promote more responsible dog ownership. According to Minister Alun Davies, the government is working with Great Britain Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) to ensure that the proposed amendment will be included in the provision.
