The article focuses on the recent legislative proposals regarding the data privacy bills of the U.S. It discusses the Commercial Privacy Bill of Rights and the Do Not Track Online Act of 2011 which addresses concerns including consumer privacy online, data breach security, and children-s privacy. It provides information that the Commercial Privacy Bill of Rights of the U.S. will provide the best protection for consumers as well as preserve the vibrancy and generativity of the Internet
