- Abstract
In order to optimize and control the hydrometallurgy process, the whole process model of hydrometallurgy was established by mechanism modeling combined with expert knowledge. The interval stratification optimization method based on the minimum consumption model was used to optimize the hydrometallurgy downstream process and the whole process respectively to establish the optimal pattern library. And the hydrometallurgical production process was simulated, analyzed and compared to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the interval stratification method. The results show that this method is superior and effective than the traditional optimization method.
