- Title
Analysis of Mechanical Properties of Anti-loosening Measures for Check Valve Bolts in Nuclear Power Plants.
- Abstract
In view of easy loosening of check valve bolts at the outlet of the feedwater pump in nuclear power plants, based on the constraints of site conditions and safety requirements of transformation, an antiloosening improvement plan of adding limit blocks to check valve bolts in nuclear power plants is proposed. By establishing a three-dimensional model of the valve body structure- fluid and using finite element software to simulate and calculate the fluid impact force and temperature load on the valve structure, the strength of the valve structure and anti-loosening parts is further analyzed, and the feasibility of the anti-loosening plan is analyzed. The results show that the antiloosening measure of adding limit blocks is easy to implement, has a direct anti-loosening effect and does not change the mechanical properties of the original structures of the valve and bolt, which is highly feasible and can provide a reference for the research on anti-loosening measures and evaluation methods of bolt reinforcement in nuclear power plants.
