- Abstract
The article presents legal developments in marketing relating to the United States Supreme Court disposition of appeals. Cases that have been appealed to the U. S. Supreme Court are discussed. Regarding certiorari granted, the cases Independence Tube Corp. v. Copperweld Corp., and Dr. Edwin G. Hyde v. Jefferson Parish Hospital District No. 2 and East Jefferson Hospital Board are cited. Regarding certiorari denied, the cases MCI Communications Corp. v. AT&T Co., and North American Soccer League v. National Football League are cited.
