This article presents an interview with Spanish author and historian Octavio Ruiz-Manjón. He discusses his education at the University of Granada and his career as a history professor at the University of Navarre in the 1950s and 1960s. He also comments on the evolution of higher education in Spain during the latter half of the 20th century.
