- Abstract
The article discusses the court case Prosecutor v. Kaing Guek Eav in which the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) has convicted former Khmer Rouge Interrogation Center of Atrocity Crimes' chairman Eav. The court discovers that Khmer Rouge dominate the Cambodian state during the violent hostilities with Vietnam. It describes its findings on enslavement as a crime against humanity, arbitrary imprisonment, and other inhumane acts relevant to crimes against humanity charges.
