- Abstract
The article offers information on the meaning of property as per the U.S. Constitution, following the third amendment in the constitution. It discusses the variation in the meaning of property in the constitution and reflects uncertainties in real and personal property laws. It examines the takings clause for defining the property in legal matter, which does not include real estate, land fixtures and various kinds of personal property rights, ranging from tangibles to intangibles.
