- Abstract
This article discusses the methodology for constructing the imagery for the glass surrounding the coats of arms in the series of medallions produced for the reconstruction of the Royal Apartments in Stirling Castle in Stirling, Scotland. It tackles the use of a Continental painterly technique for the Burrell Collection in Glasgow, Scotland, and a panel that provided inspiration for the medallions made for the palace.
