- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 70-year-old man presented with an itchy papular eruption spreading all over his body and his medical history included monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS). His histopathology of a skin lesion showed a granulomatous infiltrate composed of lymphocytes and investigations and bone marrow biopsy diagnosed an Immunoglobulin G (IgG) kappa myeloma. It also mentions human immunodeficiency virus and syphilis (VDRLa) tests.
