- Abstract
The article presents two case studies of the metastasis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) which spread to the pancreas after radical nephrectomy. It comments on a 73-year-old man who had a history of hypertension and Type II diabetes who underwent a right nephrectomy for a RCC which nine years after had a mass in the pancreatic neck consistent with metastatic RCC. It mentions a 66-year-old woman undergoing a right nephrectomy secondary to RCC likewise had a mass on the pancreas after 10 years.
