- Abstract
The article explores on the unequal treatment to customers based on religious objections in the public services and legal framework in the U.S. which should follow a legal analysis regardless of religious affiliation. It highlights the use of political process to reinforce inequalities and disadvantages in minority. It outlines two conditions of refuse service in state-regulated businesses such as the refusal does not disrupt service and the refusal does not violate public accommodation laws.
