The article presents a case study of a 37-year-old man who was presented to a clinic for urology outpatients with a 10-year history of post-coital pain. Clinical examination showed a constrictive ring scar at the distal penis and there was neither any change in the color or texture of the skin nor in sensation distal to the scar. Hair coil strangulation of the penis or penile tourniquet syndrome was found to be evident.
