- Abstract
The article focuses on the film "Fellini's Casanova," directed by Federico Fellini. It states that the film is a projection of feelings and guilt and fears of failure. The article cites the three central images in the film including the appearance of the massive head of Venus, the mechanical golden bird which accompanies Casanova on his sexual exploits and the mechanical doll. Moreover, it mentions that "Fellini's Casanova," projects something more central to Fellini than sex which is his fears about his own place in time and eternity as a man and an artist.
