- Abstract
The article focuses on dynamic nomogram for predicting pacemaker implantation following transcatheter aortic valve replacement. Topics include the aortic stenosis (AS) is the most common acquired valvular heart disease with a prevalence of 9.8% between ages 80 and 89 years, the transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is indicated for patients with symptomatic severe AS, and the permanent pacemaker implantation remains a frequent complication in patients undergoing TAVR.
