The article presents a case study of a 72-year-old female with chest pain. Topics discussed include result showed in Transthoracic echocardiography of the left ventricle, evaluation of left coronary artery (LCA) and right coronary artery (RCA) with the help of Coronary computed tomography, and cause of myocardial dysfunction.
