The author discusses the effect of lifestyle factors on ovarian function and reproductive health in women. The author says that lifestyle factors act an essential role in the ability of a woman to conceive and maintain a healthy pregnancy. Other lifestyle factors that have a hurtful effect on female fertility includes smoking, caffeine, and alcohol exposure.
