- Abstract
The article discusses the planning for a consortium developed by the Biblioteca Civica and the Facoltà di Giurisprudenza in Verona, in cooperation with the Dipartimento di Studi giuridici and the Consorzio per gli studi universitari of Verona. The conference will be dedicated to 15th century lawyer Bartolomeo Cipolla. The event took place on October 15-16, 2004 in Verona, Italy and included discussions on the topic of Cipolla's role in penal rights and the relationship between common rights and Venetian society of the time.
