- Title
Assessment of the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of an indirect ELISA kit for the diagnosis of Brucella ovis infection in rams.
- Abstract
The article presents a study which examines the efficacy of indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (I-ELISA) kit in diagnosing Brucella ovis infection in rams. The study uses Bayesian approach, serum samples, and serological tests to determine the potential of I-ELISA kit in detecting B. ovis infection in rams. Results show that I-ELISA kit is slightly more sensitive compared to complement fixation test (CFT).
