- Abstract
The author discusses a constitutional amendment in the U.S. resulting in a wider campaign finance reform. Topics discussed include Citizens United ruling given by the U.S. Roberts Court related to first amendment of freedom of speech, limited role of the government in regulation of candidate financing for political campaigns as specified by the court, significance of nonpartisanship of the reform to preserve egalitarian aspect of free speech and fundraising process of the U.S. Congress.
