- Title
Thinking the US South: Contemporary Philosophy from Southern Perspectives ed. by Shannon Sullivan (review).
- Authors
Oliver, Cristina Hernández
- Abstract
This essay collection draws together the work of a wide variety of US-based scholars and contributes to the expansion of US American philosophy by offering insights into an often overlooked (or even new) field of discourse regarding the significance and impact the South has had and continues to have over the United States, North America, and even the world. In doing so, these US-based authors avoid falling into the trap of using confusing terminology that might convey different sets of meanings depending on the individual reader.
