- Abstract
The article provides information on Trichorhinophalangeal syndrome (TRPS) type I, a rare genetic disease characterized by hair loss, distinctive facial features, and skeletal abnormalities. It describes a case of a 7-year-old girl with TRPS type I who experienced hair regrowth after treatment with 5% minoxidil solution, suggesting its potential effectiveness in promoting hair growth in TRPS patients. The use of minoxidil may activate the Wnt signaling pathway.
