- Abstract
The article examines the patent-tying arrangement jurisprudence regarding the Supreme Court case "Illinois Tool Work v. Independent Ink Inc." in the U.S. The legal standards for analyzing tying arrangements was being reviewed as well as facts, procedural history and ruling of the case. Key information about the "Jefferson Parish Hospital District No. 2 v. Hyde" case is further presented.
