A case study of a 66-year-old man suffering with neutrophilic myositis is presented. It informs that the patient was hospitalized with sudden fever, severe pain, and edema anterior to the right tibia and had a history of multiple myeloma in kappa light chain. The diagnostic process included two tests muscle biopsy and magnetic resonance imaging.
