- Abstract
The article presents information on the effect of oostatic pentapeptide (5P) on the vitellogenic stages of Neobelliera bullata, a flesh fly, with the help of radiolabeled peptide. It further informs that the accumulation of radioactive oostatic 5P metabolites is slower in the ovaries having low amounts of yolk. It also presents charts and figures indicating the statistics related to the radioactivity in the ovaries in different stages under in vivo and in vitro conditions.
