Corporate Law and Business Theory.
- Authors
Orts, Eric W.
- Abstract
The article discusses the U.S. corporate law scholarship and research of professors Lyman Johnson and David Million in relation to the idea that the dominance of economics will prove to be less uni-dimensional than was thought, and it mentions business theory, the relationship between law and economics, and the role of business ethics in the governance of corporations. The potential development of an interdisciplinary business theory is examined, along with wealth distribution.
